How it works

The order form is best for orders that will serve less than 50 (larger orders should use the inquiry form on our weddings/large events page for more information). The form will take you step by step through the information we need on our end to capture details. If you have questions or necessary visuals, feel free to email those along to janina@redpoppycakery.net.
Our team will get back to you within 48 hours during business hours Tuesday-Friday. Once we confirm we are available and ask any necessary follow up questions, we will send you an order confirmation and an emailed invoice with a link to pay and lock in the order. We will say yes to as many projects in a week as we feel we can take on to our standards. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance if possible as we can be fully booked out a bit during the wedding season in particular.
A little too last minute for custom work? We have a small amount of walk-in freezer retail available in our shop. You can call ahead to hear what we have or pop by. We do not hold guaranteed hours as we mostly operate by appointment or pop up event.
